Who can be a voting member?
Voting members have either made a tax receiptable donation in 2016 or registered to be a voting member when enrolling your child in an after-school or day camp program.
Corporate Members include:
1) all Directors,
2) one parent or legal guardian of Participating Members, as indicated in the registration documentation of the Participating Member, and
3) any individual who or entity that made a charitable donation to TKBGC that is eligible for an income tax receipt

What is my role at the AGM as a voting member?
Voting Members are entitled to receive notice of, attend, and vote on resolutions at Meetings of Members; however, Corporate Members are not so entitled if they become Members less than 30 days before the Meeting of Members.

How do I RSVP?Click here!

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Save a TREE! Please do not print your ticket.  We will have a list of attendees at registration.


What are my parking options?
There is limited free street parking around the Club

How can I get there by TTC?
The nearest transit stop is at Sumach St. & Gerrard St. 506 Streetcar/63 Parliament Bus

Will there be complimentary transportation for families from the TP Loblaw-St. Mary Site?
Yes.  Please contact Louise Ross, Children's Services Coordinator, at 416-925-2243 ext. 24 or by email Louise Ross
The bus will leave St.Mary Site at 5:15pm and return by 9:00pm.
